Welcome to the Leicester Malt Club. Founded in 2008, to bring together like minded whisky enthusiasts to explore the wonders of the whisky world. The club aims to try as many fine spirits as possible in a fun and relaxed environment.

Last Months Tasting

Big thanks to all those who attended our Christmas Tasting! This festive selection took us through all the flavour profiles one could wish for! Winning the night was the rich, flavoursome, experience from Copenhagen distillery! Just pipping the smokey goodness of the Lagavulin 12yo. Results of the tasting are as follows…

Blind Beginnings for 2026

To kick start this year of whisky discovery we have a very simple and straightforward blind tasting for you. No real theme, just 5 delightful drams that hopefully tickle the taste buds.
